As the Vice President of Licensing & 3rd Party Business, you will spearhead the strategic expansion of a global licensing business with a P&L exceeding EUR 35 million. Operating with the autonomy of a stand-alone business unit, your day-to-day involves leading the full deal lifecycle for in- and out-licensing transactions, from initial strategy and structuring to final negotiation and closing. You will manage high-value key accounts, oversee international product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product Management and Commercial Operations.
