Job Summary

As the Technical Manager for Electrical Building Services at WISAG, you will lead the technical operations for a specific facility, focusing on electrical engineering systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing incoming maintenance requests via a ticket system, coordinating a team of facility technicians, and overseeing external contractors. You will be responsible for the commissioning, operation, and maintenance of building systems, ensuring compliance with DGUV-V3 inspections and other regulatory standards. The role involves high levels of tenant interaction and administrative oversight using CAFM systems.
