Job Summary

This role involves serving as a central administrator and mentor for the X/TIME® duty scheduling and time tracking software at the LWL Clinic in Dortmund. As a Key User, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and assigning master data, including framework duty rosters, qualifications, and staffing requirements in accordance with service agreements. You will act as a bridge between various professional groups, providing support to managers, staff, and payroll administrators to optimize internal processes. The position is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare who enjoys technical problem-solving and training others. You will work within a collaborative team to ensure the software accurately reflects operational needs while troubleshooting errors and implementing new guidelines. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the healthcare sector (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration, or equivalent).

Experience

  • Experience as a planner in X/TIME® is preferred
  • Proven experience in handling complex technical workflows and logical processes
