Job Summary

As the Head of Energy Supply Department at WISAG Elektrotechnik in Kassel, you will take full operational and strategic responsibility for a business unit focused on industrial energy infrastructure. Your daily activities involve managing large-scale plant construction projects with volumes ranging from €250,000 to €10 million, specifically focusing on 110kV outdoor substations, switchgear buildings, and transformer stations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of 25-30 professionals, including project managers, planners, and site managers, while ensuring technical quality, budget adherence, and timely invoicing. This role is uniquely positioned as a high-potential leadership track, with the company explicitly investing in your development to eventually take over as Branch Manager.
