This role involves supporting the implementation and continuous development of a new digital billing system for senior care facilities at the Victor's Group central administrative headquarters in Saarbrücken. You will act as a key liaison between specialized departments, IT, and external partners, managing the project lifecycle from initial analysis and conceptualization to the final go-live. Day-to-day tasks include identifying process optimization potentials, conducting software tests, creating technical documentation, and organizing team training sessions. This position is unique because it offers a structured onboarding process designed to transition the employee into a subject matter expert and future leader within the billing department. Required Skills
Education
Ideally a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification; relevant professional experience without a degree is also accepted.
