Job Summary
The Head of Administration will serve as the central point of contact for the management of a non-profit association operating student dormitories with approximately 900 units. You will lead a team of 10 employees across property management, financial accounting, and controlling departments. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and harmonizing operational workflows, ensuring process compliance, and driving the digitalization of internal procedures. You will also coordinate with external service providers in legal, IT, and tax sectors. This role is ideal for a structured professional with a strong affinity for numbers and a desire to shape organizational efficiency. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom, family-friendly working hours with home-office options, and a permanent contract within a motivated team environment in Frankfurt am Main.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Law, or a commercial vocational qualification with advanced training in accounting.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience, ideally within the real estate or housing industry
- Initial leadership experience in a medium-sized company (SME) environment is desirable
- Proven experience in financial accounting, controlling, and administrative management
- Experience in coordinating external service providers such as legal, IT, and tax consultants
