Job Summary
This role involves leading, controlling, and coordinating mechanical engineering construction projects throughout all service phases of the HOAI. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and evaluating technical solutions, overseeing construction in a client-representative capacity, and managing external engineering and construction services. Your daily tasks will include quality assurance, cost monitoring, and billing according to VOB and HOAI standards, alongside preparing procurement procedures. This position is particularly attractive due to its focus on sustainable water management, offering a crisis-secure permanent contract under the TV-WW/NW collective agreement. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same field combined with extensive professional experience in the specified area of responsibility.
Experience
- Professional experience in mechanical engineering, hydrodynamics, and measurement and control technology is preferred.
- Professional experience in project management and coordination of technical construction projects.
- Experience in construction management and site supervision acting as the client representative.
- Experience with 3D planning software and technical standards (e.g., ATV, DIN) is advantageous.
- Proven experience in handling external service providers and managing procurement processes.

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be able to work at the specified location with occasional travel for site supervision. Candidates must have the right to work in Germany.
