Job Summary
As a Maintenance Technician for a family-run 3-star Superior organic hotel in Grünwald, south of Munich, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the facility. Your daily responsibilities include performing cosmetic repairs, conducting technical maintenance on hotel equipment, and overseeing the functionality of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will act as a key point of contact for external contractors and collaborate closely with the housekeeping and reception teams to maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an Electrician or in a similar technical profession
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a technician within the hotel industry
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical)
- Proven experience in organizing tasks and managing external service providers
