Job Summary

As a Commissioning Technician, you will be responsible for the initial setup, functional testing, and fine-tuning of heating, sanitary, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. Your daily tasks will involve preparing systems for operation, conducting initial start-ups, performing functional tests, and making necessary adjustments. You will also be crucial in regulating ventilation systems, conducting air volume measurements, and creating detailed reports. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues in technical building equipment, including the commissioning of electrical field devices like temperature sensors and smoke detectors. The ideal candidate will have a background in plant mechanics, ventilation, or climate technology, coupled with practical experience in commissioning HVAC systems and a strong understanding of measurement, control, and regulation technology.
