As a 1st Level IT Support Specialist at this Managed Service Provider (MSP), you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and remote sessions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve accepting, documenting, and resolving technical tickets related to Windows and Apple operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking issues. Unlike a traditional call center, this role emphasizes genuine problem-solving and responsibility, requiring close collaboration with 2nd and 3rd-level support teams to maintain high service standards. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training, a degree in IT, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service environments is advantageous

  • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
  • Experience with remote support tools and troubleshooting system problems
