Job Summary

As an Electrical Systems Planner at BAUER, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between design and execution for large-scale construction projects. Your daily responsibilities include reviewing execution plans, creating detailed workshop and assembly documentation, and coordinating technical system designers. You will be the technical authority ensuring compliance with VDE and DIN standards while performing complex calculations for short-circuit currents, selectivity, and power balances. Required Skills

Education

Completed electrical engineering training recognized in Germany (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology) combined with a Master Craftsman Certificate (Meisterbrief).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience on large-scale construction sites
  • Extensive experience in the planning and execution of high and low voltage systems
  • Proven experience in safety, fire alarm, and communication systems
  • Demonstrated experience working with technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and industry standards
  • Experience in leading technical meetings and coordinating technical system designers
