Job Summary

This role is central to the operational efficiency of Germany's highway infrastructure within the North Bavaria branch. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of road maintenance services, including green space maintenance, cleaning, and traffic safety. Your day-to-day involves analyzing service requirements, drafting essential tender documents, and participating in the awarding process. You will also manage inventory, documentation, and salt logistics for winter services. Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker), Master Craftsman (Meister) in a relevant field such as Road Construction, or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (e.g., Road Construction Master)
  • Experience in creating tender documents and participating in procurement processes
  • Professional experience in road maintenance services or highway operations is highly desirable
  • Experience with inventory procedures and salt management logistics
  • Proven experience applying relevant guidelines, laws, and regulations

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to undertake occasional business trips are required. Candidates must have at least C1 level German proficiency.
