Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience as a System Administrator or similar technical role
- Experience in the administration of Windows Servers, Exchange, and Citrix environments
- Proven track record in handling customer inquiries and providing technical support
- Experience in installing and maintaining virtual server systems
