Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist for a real estate and construction subsidiary of Kreissparkasse Köln, you will be responsible for the technical well-being of approximately 220 employees. Your daily routine involves managing the entire IT lifecycle, from procurement and configuration of hardware like iPhones, iPads, and laptops to providing 1st and 2nd level support. You will act as a vital interface between internal departments, central IT service providers, and external partners. This role is strictly focused on hardware, infrastructure, and user support, explicitly excluding programming or software development. It offers a unique opportunity to participate in digitization projects, such as intranet implementation, while ensuring compliance with security standards and audits.
