As the Team Lead for 1st-Level Support at Victor's IT Solutions in Saarbrücken, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of the support team. Your day-to-day involves ensuring high-quality IT support across telephone, ticket systems, and on-site channels while monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will act as a bridge between end-users and higher-level technical teams, analyzing recurring issues to implement optimization measures and managing escalations for critical incidents. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to coach team members, maintain knowledge databases, and report key performance indicators to IT management. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Clerk, or Computer Science degree).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT Support or Service Desk environments
- Initial leadership experience or team management experience is preferred
- Proven experience working with Windows clients and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
- Experience in managing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
