Job Summary

This role involves the technical oversight and management of building systems within the WISAG Building Technology division. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the documentation and inspection of technical building systems during property takeovers, ensuring all data is accurately integrated into CAFM systems. Your day-to-day tasks include planning and controlling facility management projects, creating maintenance and inspection plans, and ensuring contract compliance. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding projects from the planning phase to final handover. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background in building services who enjoy a mix of administrative planning and hands-on site coordination. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training in building technology or a degree in building services engineering, general engineering, or facility management.

Experience

  • Proven track record in creating operational, maintenance, and inspection plans
  • Experience in property handover and transition to regular operations
