Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration and technical support of CAD and PLM systems within a professional IT environment. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of support tickets, user administration, and data management. You will perform deep problem analysis and resolution across software applications and IT systems, including the installation of software packages and the monitoring of license usage. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to enhance system functionality by creating custom scripts and automation macros. Furthermore, you will act as a key point of contact for external service providers, coordinating Level 1 and Level 2 support efforts. This position is offered as a temporary-to-permanent contract, providing a clear path to long-term employment.
