Job Summary
As the IT Infrastructure Team Lead, you will take full responsibility for the infrastructure division at the Steinenbronn location, overseeing the strategic development of the entire corporate group's IT landscape. Your daily activities will involve leading and developing a dedicated technical team, establishing ITIL-oriented process structures, and managing complex IT projects from planning to execution. You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of two on-premise data centers, ensuring high availability through proactive monitoring of hardware, software, and network components. A significant part of the role includes system administration of Windows servers, client systems, and SQL clusters, alongside the implementation of robust backup and recovery strategies. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable IT infrastructure position

- Practical experience in managing IT projects from conception to implementation
