As an IT System Administrator based in Steinenbronn, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the company's two on-premise data centers. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and proactive monitoring of hardware, software, and network components, with a specific focus on Windows server and client operating systems. You will be responsible for managing SQL clusters, implementing robust backup strategies to ensure data integrity, and providing essential first-level support to colleagues. Beyond maintenance, you will actively contribute to and lead IT projects aimed at infrastructure optimization. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in system administration and data center operations is preferred.
- Proven experience in the administration of Windows-based server and client environments.
- Practical experience with backup processes and specialized backup software.
- Experience in managing SQL clusters and network components.
- Experience in providing technical support and handling IT service requests.
