This role involves joining the Property Management department in Innsbruck as a key technical professional responsible for the maintenance and operation of building systems. On a day-to-day basis, you will monitor and control heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, perform repairs such as boiler replacements, and handle new installations. You will also be responsible for maintenance tasks including clearing blockages, servicing lifting systems, and inspecting sprinkler systems.
