As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive desktop and end-user support across multiple locations including Vienna and Brunn am Gebirge. Your daily activities will involve the commissioning and network integration of hardware, as well as the ongoing maintenance and repair of PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling software installations and troubleshooting client-side issues in close collaboration with 2nd level support teams. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys direct customer interaction and technical problem-solving. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT training (Apprenticeship or Higher Technical College/HTL) or equivalent long-term practical experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Help Desk or First Level Support roles
  • Practical experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of IT systems
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft operating systems and standard PC software
  • Experience in network technology and system integration
