Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for the electrical/electronic (EE) and eDrive system integration for electric vehicle projects, both within the vehicle and on test benches. You will lead system-based error analysis to guide various eDrive projects toward series production readiness. A significant part of the role includes leading technical meetings and coordinating with cross-functional teams within an agile software development environment based on the SAFe framework. Furthermore, you will participate in test drives domestically and abroad, presenting results to management. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy a blend of technical analysis, project coordination, and hands-on testing. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in EE-integration and eDrive system integration within vehicle or test bench environments
  • Experience in managing error resolution processes in technical development
  • Experience leading technical meetings and coordinating cross-functional interfaces
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe
  • Experience presenting technical results to management and committees
