As the Site Manager for Building Services at Helios Klinikum Krefeld, you will lead and develop the North Rhine-Westphalia location with full team and budget responsibility. Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training in HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Facility Management; ideally supplemented with a Master Craftsman (Meister) certificate, Technician certification, or an Engineering degree.
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience as a site manager, branch manager, or lead for large-scale technical projects
- Proven track record in budget responsibility and economic result management
- Extensive professional experience in technical building services and multiple technical trades
- Experience in building and scaling organizational units or business locations
- Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition
