Job Summary
As a Senior Agile Expert within the Global Data Foundations unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving the agile transformation for one of Europe's largest telecommunications companies. Your daily responsibilities involve coaching agile teams and executives across broad program levels, facilitating the adoption of agile values, and enabling continuous competency development. You will moderate workshops, resolve complex conflicts, and adapt agile methodologies to suit specific project requirements within a strategic environment. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of organizational change and data innovation, requiring you to translate technical data engineering concepts into strategic business value. Required Skills
Education
University degree with a focus on Computer Science and Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience in agile environments and as an Agile Expert
- Extensive experience in managing and leading large-scale projects or programs within the data domain
- Proven track record in holistic data and AI transformations and managing complex organizational change
- Multi-year experience in independent planning and steering of international topics
- Demonstrated experience in company-wide data transformations using a Data Product approach
- Experience in building and leading high-performance, multidisciplinary teams focused on data
Languages
Additional
- The role requires C1-level proficiency in both German and English. It is available as a full-time or part-time position. Candidates must be able to navigate complex corporate structures and possess 'Executive Gravitas' for high-level communication.
