Job Summary

As a Construction Site Manager for Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH in Stuttgart, you will lead approximately 18 employees across multiple civil engineering teams to accelerate Germany's fiber optic expansion. Your daily responsibilities involve planning and controlling construction sites to ensure technical, scheduling, and economic targets are met. You will oversee the proper creation and backfilling of cable trenches, coordinate pipe-laying activities, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and third-party stakeholders. Beyond technical supervision, you are responsible for personnel management, including hiring and staff development. This role is unique for its direct impact on national infrastructure and offers a comprehensive package including a company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop. You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while maintaining high-quality standards across all operational phases of the fiber expansion project.
