Job Summary

As a Construction Site Manager for Fiber Optic Civil Engineering at Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in Germany's nationwide fiber optic expansion. You will lead approximately 18 employees across multiple civil engineering teams, overseeing the planning and execution of construction sites to ensure technical, financial, and scheduling targets are met. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating cable trenching, pipe laying, and site preparation while serving as the primary point of contact for authorities and third-party stakeholders.
