As a Senior Service Delivery Manager Defense (E2E Project Director), you will take end-to-end responsibility for large-scale, multi-year defense programs characterized by high complexity and strategic importance. Your daily activities involve managing significant budgets, overseeing quality and risk, and leading diverse project organizations including external partners. You will act as a key liaison for executive-level governance, steering committees, and escalation management, particularly within the German defense sector (e.g., BWI, BMVg). This role is unique for its high degree of responsibility in shaping digital transformation for national security, requiring a blend of contract management, change management, and business development through up-selling and cross-selling. You will be instrumental in building long-term relationships with ministries and industrial partners, ensuring that strategic flagship projects translate into sustainable economic success and reliable references for the company.
