Job Summary
As a Senior Facility Management Consultant at DZ BANK, you will play a critical role in the operational management and oversight of technical service providers, planners, and contractors. Your daily responsibilities involve ensuring operator responsibility, maintaining high quality standards, and achieving sustainability goals within a major financial institution. You will lead projects focused on repairs, energy efficiency, and modernization measures, providing cost estimates and coordinating closely with technical experts. The role requires managing smaller construction measures in accordance with HOAI and VOB regulations, as well as organizing building documentation for CAFM systems. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on technical management, offering the chance to develop decision-making templates for senior management and boards within Germany's second-largest commercial bank.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Supply Engineering; alternatively, a completed vocational training with several years of relevant experience and additional qualifications.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in building operations and facility management
- Proven track record in project management and handling external service providers, authorities, and auditors
- Extensive experience in technical building services (TGA), specifically ventilation, cooling, and electrical systems
- Experience in managing construction and modernization measures according to German standards (HOAI/VOB)
Languages
Additional
- Deep knowledge of relevant technical regulations and DIN standards is required. The position is a full-time, permanent contract (unbefristet).
