Job Summary
As a PLC Programmer based in Heidenheim an der Brenz, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of automation solutions for special-purpose machinery. Your daily responsibilities will involve programming PLC and PC systems, designing visualization interfaces, and performing on-site commissioning and troubleshooting at customer locations. This role requires a blend of technical precision and service-oriented problem-solving. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering and specific expertise in Siemens automation environments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or certified technician in mechanical/plant engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in programming PLC and PC systems
- Practical experience with Siemens Step7, Simatic S7, and TIA Portal
- Experience in commissioning and servicing special-purpose machinery and automation systems
- Experience in project planning and implementation of visualization systems
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment

- Willingness to travel for on-site service assignments and commissioning at customer locations is required.
