Job Summary
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at the Unfallkasse Baden-Württemberg (UKBW), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's reporting and controlling landscape. Based in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of insightful Power BI dashboards and the analysis of key performance indicators across all business units. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with specialized departments to develop new data perspectives and providing the analytical foundation for management decisions. Beyond technical reporting, you will manage external service providers and ensure the integrity of statistical data collection for national associations. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence or Controlling
- Proven experience in the development and maintenance of Power BI reporting solutions
- Professional experience in statistical analysis and data quality management
- Experience in coordinating and managing external technical service providers

Additional
- Willingness for occasional business travel between the Stuttgart and Karlsruhe locations is required. Candidates must be able to work within the TVöD-VKA / LBesO BW framework.
