As a Quality Technician specializing in complaints, you will serve as a critical link between customers and internal departments to resolve technical issues. Your daily responsibilities involve the detailed analysis of customer complaints, specifically diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults at the component level. You will be tasked with reproducing errors through rigorous endurance testing and determining root causes using established quality methodologies. A significant portion of the role involves tracking quality improvement measures and drafting comprehensive 8D reports for international branches and clients. This position is highly collaborative, requiring close cooperation with production, development, and sales teams. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, ideally supplemented with further training as a Certified Technician.

Experience

  • Professional experience in quality assurance is preferred
  • Practical experience with QM methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5-Why
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing electronic components and circuits
  • Experience in reproducing technical errors and performing endurance tests
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with production and development departments
