Job Summary
As a Microsoft 365 Administrator at Kling Consult, you will be responsible for the administration and continuous development of the company's M365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune. Your daily activities will involve user and rights management, license management, and device management via Intune. You will play a critical role in ensuring IT security, data protection, and compliance while providing 2nd-level support to employees and collaborating with external service providers. The role is unique for its blend of technical autonomy and comprehensive employee benefits, including flexible working hours, over 30 days of vacation, and a dedicated mentoring program. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration).
Experience
- Professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments
- Experience with PowerShell scripting is considered an advantage
- Proven track record in structured IT process management and service-oriented support
- Experience in managing IT security and data protection within cloud environments
