This leadership role involves overseeing the planning, operation, and maintenance of the electrical power supply for Berlin's subway network. You will lead a department of approximately 100 employees, managing the entire lifecycle of energy infrastructure—from initial planning and construction to modernization and decommissioning across all HOAI performance phases. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the high technical availability of 10-kV and 400-V emergency lighting networks and UPS systems, while driving innovation through automation and digitalization.
