Job Summary

This role involves the preparation and execution of routine analytical testing for raw materials and input substances in a quality control environment. You will be responsible for assessing and documenting results according to quality management systems and European Pharmacopoeia standards using IT tools like SAP. Beyond routine testing, the position requires technical leadership in troubleshooting projects, conducting root-cause analysis for Out of Specification (OOS) events, and handling customer complaints. You will identify opportunities for technical and economic process optimization, implement new analytical methods, and support product transfers between departments. A key part of the role includes the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test specifications. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Natural Sciences (State Examination, Bachelor, Master) or completed vocational training as a Chemistry/Biology Laboratory Technician with relevant further training.

Experience

  • Professional experience in laboratory or production environments
  • Practical experience in quality control and chemical analytics
  • Experience in conducting root-cause analysis for OOS events and customer complaints
  • Experience in developing and updating technical documentation and SOPs
