Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive First and Second Level Support within a major European IT service provider. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of client devices, from installation and cabling to decommissioning. Your daily tasks will include managing user accounts and machine identities in Active Directory, maintaining asset databases, and processing support tickets according to ITIL standards. You will also handle the physical handover of equipment to users and ensure all technical documentation is kept up to date. This position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of hands-on hardware work and administrative system management. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in a technical IT environment
  • Proven experience in the provision and cabling of workplace equipment
  • Practical experience with Windows operating systems and Office 365 administration
  • Experience working within ITIL-defined process frameworks
