Job Summary
This is a pivotal leadership role focused on establishing and building a brand-new electrical department within an established technical building services company in Norderstedt. As the technical lead and registered operations manager, you will oversee the planning and implementation of sustainable energy solutions, including heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, e-mobility infrastructure, and climate control systems. Your day-to-day will involve technical planning, registering systems with grid operators, managing material orders, and preparing quotes. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektrotechnikermeister) or equivalent qualification required for registration as a technical operations manager.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Electrician (Meister) in the electrical trade
- Several years of experience in a comparable position is highly desirable
- Proven experience in building technology, energy systems, or photovoltaics
- Experience in independent order processing, material procurement, and invoicing
- Experience or strong potential for personnel management and team leadership
