Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Life Sciences professional to join the West German Study Group (WSG), a leading academic research institution dedicated to breast cancer research. As a Biologist in the Quality Management department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS). Your daily responsibilities will include managing qualification and training documentation, drafting and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting internal and external audits. You will also serve as a primary contact for QM-related inquiries from study teams and trial centers, ensuring compliance with international clinical standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative precision and interdisciplinary collaboration, contributing to clinical trials that directly impact global cancer treatment guidelines. The role is based in Mönchengladbach and offers a supportive, modern work environment with flexible hours and a focus on professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in quality management
- Experience working within a regulated environment (GxP), specifically Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Experience in creating, formatting, and revising SOPs and quality-related documentation
- Experience in managing deviations, CAPA measures, and quality reporting
- Experience in organizing and preparing for internal and external audits or inspections
