Job Summary
The Curt-Engelhorn-Zentrum Archäometrie gGmbH is seeking a Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA to join their research institute in Mannheim. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparatory processing of various material samples, specifically for radiocarbon (14C) and isotope analysis. Your day-to-day duties include chemical sample preparation, weighing samples for analysis, and operating complex technical equipment such as graphitization systems and elemental analyzers. You will also perform routine laboratory maintenance and assist with the development of new analytical procedures. - Professional experience or training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, CTA, or Biology Laboratory Technician
- Experience in wet chemical sample preparation
- Experience in operating, monitoring, and maintaining technical laboratory equipment
