Job Summary
As a Specialist for Smart Metering Systems (iMSys) at TraveNetz GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing the energy infrastructure in Lübeck. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conceptualizing and advancing the technical rollout of intelligent measuring systems, ensuring their seamless functionality, and coordinating the installation and replacement of complex measurement and communication technology. You will serve as a key technical authority, setting specifications for device functions and optimizing operational processes for metering point operations. This role requires a blend of technical mastery and regulatory compliance, as you will work closely with internal departments and external service providers. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister) specializing in Electrical Engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills.
Experience
- Professional experience in the energy industry
- Experience in technical rollout or maintenance of smart metering systems
- Experience with energy sector laws and technical regulations (e.g., FW608 and G685)
- Experience in coordinating with external service providers and organizational units
- Proven experience in metering point operation processes
