Job Summary

This role is central to the operational efficiency of a maximum-care hospital, focusing on the planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance and repair services for building facilities and machinery. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage external contractors, coordinate maintenance measures, and handle administrative tasks such as processing orders and invoices. You will be responsible for data maintenance within ERP systems and act as a key communicator between internal departments and external service providers. The position requires a candidate with a commercial or technical background, ideally with experience in facility management. Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably with a focus on facility or building management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administration, service, or maintenance management is preferred
  • Experience in coordinating and monitoring building maintenance measures
  • Experience in managing external service providers and contractors
  • Proven experience in data entry and maintenance within ERP or CAFM software
  • Experience in handling commercial processes such as ordering and invoicing
