Job Summary

This role is based within the Youth and Health Department of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg District Office in Berlin. As a Cost and Performance Accounting (KLR) Administrator, you will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of accounting data specifically related to Social Code Book VIII (§§ 11, 13, and 16). Your daily tasks involve booking time and volume statistics, checking internal allocations, and conducting plausibility analyses. You will play a key role in supporting management and external service providers with steering recommendations and integrated controlling reports. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration or equivalent qualification for the general administrative service (Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt).

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration within the Land Berlin is mandatory
  • Qualification for the first entry level of career group 2 in general administrative service
  • Alternatively, at least 10 years of experience in career group 1, second entry level (A8 grade minimum)
  • Experience in financial accounting or cost-performance accounting preferred
