Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, Energy Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the planning or execution of technical building services (TGA) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in project management for building technology systems including heating, ventilation, and electrical installations.
- Experience in budget monitoring, scheduling, and quality assurance within a construction context.
- Professional background in energy efficiency measures or building management is advantageous.
