Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience as a Metallographer, Materials Tester, or in a comparable technical role
- Deep knowledge of metallic materials, heat treatment processes, and microstructural states
- Experience in creating and evaluating technical delivery conditions and international testing standards
- Proven track record of working with high precision and quality consciousness in a laboratory or industrial setting
