Job Summary

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of internal and external IT infrastructure. Your daily activities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, with a specific focus on Datev installations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing workstations, printers, and network devices. Additionally, you will handle the installation and maintenance of operating systems, routers, and firewalls while ensuring IT security and data backups are maintained.
