Job Summary
This role is part of the MIT Support department within the Media Systems & IT division, providing essential first-level support across audio, video, and IT domains. As a Cross-Media Systems Technician, you will be responsible for on-site support of technical production and office environments, initiating emergency measures when necessary, and managing the technical support hotline. You will handle diverse user requirements and ensure all incidents are meticulously documented within the ticketing system. Required Skills

Experience
- Long-term professional experience in the cross-media sector
- Professional experience with networked AV production and editorial systems
- Proven experience with standard hardware components and basic network technology
- Sound knowledge of operational processes in live media production and associated support workflows
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or hotline environments
