This role offers a pivotal position within a growing franchise group, working directly alongside the Managing Director to ensure seamless business operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a high-level mix of project coordination, office management, and financial administration. You will be responsible for organizing meetings, managing external service providers, and optimizing internal processes to drive efficiency. A significant portion of the role includes preparatory accounting, such as invoice verification, payment transactions, and coordinating with tax consultants. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of professional experience in administration, executive assistance, or internal sales
- Proven experience in commercial management and office organization
- Experience in preparatory financial and payroll accounting
- Demonstrated ability in project management and reporting
- Experience in coordinating with external service providers and authorities
