Job Summary
As a Product Architect for the Management Suite, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the RIDUX and Management Suite product lines for a high-tech communication systems provider. Your daily responsibilities include deriving product requirements from complex customer use cases, designing holistic system architectures, and defining precise interface specifications. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by coordinating closely with development, UX teams, and product management. The role involves operational release planning, conducting system analyses for the TACTICAL CORE solution, and refining user requirements directly with clients. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of strategic conceptual work and hands-on technical involvement in the defense and critical infrastructure sectors. The role offers a hybrid working model, flat hierarchies, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge mission-critical communication technologies in a fast-growing environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the design, planning, and operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Extensive expertise in network configuration including IP addressing, routing, and security protocols.
- Practical experience with military radio equipment, including configuration and frequency management.
- Proven track record in requirements management and creating technical specifications.
- Experience working with agile development methods and standard software development tools.
- Professional background in the Defense or Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS) sectors is highly preferred.
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site customer meetings. Ability to undergo a security clearance check according to the Security Clearance Act (SÜG) is required due to work with critical infrastructure.
