Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical facility management or building operations
  • Previous leadership experience or experience in the technical management of a team is preferred
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing technical modernization projects
  • Experience in coordinating external service providers and craftsmen
  • Experience in technical documentation and compliance with legal inspection requirements
