Job Summary
As an IT Vocational Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of IT professionals within a dynamic Customer Care environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and executing practical training content for apprentices, covering essential topics such as IT infrastructure, network technology, cloud services, and security. You will also integrate emerging technologies like SIP, VoIP, and Unified Communications into the curriculum. Beyond technical instruction, you will provide individual mentorship through one-on-one sessions, support apprentices during their final projects, and coordinate closely with HR, vocational schools, and the Chamber of Commerce (IHK). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys simplifying complex technical concepts and fostering a solution-oriented mindset. The role offers a high degree of creative freedom, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work in a transparent, flat-hierarchy environment that values authenticity and team collaboration.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), IT Systems Electronician, IT Administrator, or a comparable qualification. Must possess the Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA-Schein / AEVO).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT administration, system integration, or technical support
- Experience in knowledge transfer or vocational training of young professionals
- Proven experience in planning and documenting training modules and workshops
- Experience in coordinating with external educational bodies like vocational schools and the IHK

Additional
- Possession of the AdA-Schein (AEVO) is a mandatory requirement. The role allows for mobile office options and up to 2 weeks of remote work from other EU countries annually.
