In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and control of selected performance management projects within a hardware engineering department for an internationally active group in Bremen. Your day-to-day activities involve analyzing existing workflows along the value chain, identifying optimization opportunities, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase efficiency and transparency. You will serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating cross-departmental cooperation and supporting management in strategic planning and operational leadership.
